Refund Policy

UPDATE ON THE LOVE & LATTE REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

From 13 March 2020, we have suspended our change-of-mind refund policy to discourage over-purchasing. No products will be refunded for any reason due to COVID19 reasons.

If you have already purchased additional items you no longer want, please consider donating them to community organizations like our long-standing partner, Foodbank, which will ensure they are directed to people in need. To confirm your local Foodbank is accepting donations, what they are accepting and their opening hours, visit www.foodbank.org.au

Miscellaneous

If any of these Terms are unenforceable or held to be invalid, the offending provision/s will be removed from these Terms and the amended Terms will remain in force.

Any failure by Love & Latte to act or enforce these Terms immediately will not be considered a waiver of Love & Latte’s right to take any such action.
